Anonymous asked: why did you join a multicultural frat opposed to a social fraternity
A whole bunch of reasons, here are at least the first few that come to mind:
Quality of friends, close ties with other chapters rather than ‘just being a random bro in the same fraternity somewhere else,’ awesome pledgebrothers and pledgesisters (f2k10 ftw!), less than 1/5 of the cost of “social” fraternities, a difficult process I learned a lot from, looks better on a resume to be a part of something emphasizing diversity in all aspects, and a smaller close-knit environment where my voice and actions have an influence (a sense of importance and accountability that all bros emphasize upon each other).
